The past few months have been extremely busy at Concourse Chicago. Work began in the summertime, with heavy-duty tree removal and pruning activity to begin the process of shaping the campus-like landscape. Roof replacement and new parking lots followed, and work is now underway on the Concourse amenity center, which will include a fitness center, tenant lounge and conferencing facilities – an invaluable resource and incredible value for a single-story office campus. Meanwhile, new leasing activity has picked up as companies begin taking advantage of the revolutionary vision underway at Concourse Chicago.
